Payment is only through Paypal which is 100% safe and secure. You will receive a link to make the payments using your bank or credit card. Payments are made in 2 intervals and in EUR.
1st Payment.
A non-refundable deposit of €590 to secure your booking. (€490 for early bird bookers before 30th March)
2nd Payment.
A request for the balance payment of €500 will be sent to you on 15th May 2019. If payment is not received within 7 days, your reserved place will be released. Cancellations made within 16th June 2019 to 45 days prior to the start of workshop dates are entitled to a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within a 44 days period prior to the start of a workshop will not be entitled to a refund.
Any refund made is based on the 2nd payment received less Paypal commission fees (4.5%).

Each tour member is responsible for their own valid passport and visa requirements (if needed). Your passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
CPT reserve the right to adjust the prices of these tours at any time up to the departure date in the event of substantial foreign currency fluctuation or other factors beyond our control. Should the need arise, you will be consulted prior to any action taken.
CPT does not own or operate any entity, which is to provide or which does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, lodging facilities, airline, vessel, minibus, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc.
All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, CPT is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity or of any third party. In common with other companies, CPT acts only as an agent for tour members in arranging transportation, tours, admissions and restaurants. CPT reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes in the itinerary and is not responsible to any person for expenses, loss of time, money or other happening resulting from a change of tour scheduling made for tour members. CPT reserves the right to accept, decline or retain any person as a member of the tour, and is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, or for injuries, expenses or damages incurred or claimed by any tour members.
Your payment to CPT constitutes a contract between the parties and acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions. Tour participants certify not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard, inconveniences or disturbances for himself/herself or other participants.
CPT reserves the right to alter its refund and cancellation policy when a substantial amount of cancellation or postponement of travel is attributable to: conditions resulting from an act of God, natural or man-made disaster, fire, government action, civil disorder, war, hostilities between nations, or unavailability of transportation through no fault of Creatif Photo Tours. Itinerary times, routings or content may change due to local conditions.
Each tour member is limited to one regular suitcase or backpack and a small carry-on bag. CPT is not responsible for loss, theft or damaged luggage or equipment during the tour and transportation of baggage and equipment.
While CPT does not expect this to occur, a tour departure may be cancelled for lack of participation. In such case, the operator’s sole responsibility is to provide a full refund without any other liability whatsoever. CPT will have no responsibility to any other conjunction arrangements (hotel bookings, tickets, non-refundable or otherwise. A personal travel insurance that includes cancellations, travel, evacuation and medical emergencies is a requirement to join the tour.
